Driving Experience & Use Cases

Whether you're commuting across London, Ontario or heading out of town, this Santa Fe Sport offers versatility and comfort:

City driving & commuting — Its compactish size for its class, decent fuel economy, and responsive drivetrain make it agile for city streets and highway merging.
Family errands & school runs — With seating for five and generous cargo space, it easily handles groceries, strollers, pets, or gear.
Weekend getaways & light towing — That 2,000-lb towing capacity means you can pull a small trailer, boat, or gear rack for recreation.
Adverse weather conditions — While this unit is FWD, Hyundai engineered the platform to offer good grip and stability; for enhanced performance in snow/rain, AWD versions exist on the same platform.

In owner reviews and expert testing, this generation of Santa Fe Sport is praised for its refined interior touches and intuitive controls. Some criticisms mention road noise and a firmer ride relative to rivals, so exploring options for sound insulation and suspension tuning (available via aftermarket) could be worthwhile.
